Clientive (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital agency that builds websites and AI phone systems for local businesses. We are based in Australia and operate the website clientive.online.

- Your name, email address, phone number, and message when you submit our contact form
- Your business type if you choose to provide it

- IP address (anonymised before storage)
We do not collect payment information directly — any payments are handled by third-party processors subject to their own privacy policies.

We will never sell your personal information or use it to send unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

- Vercel — hosts this website and may log standard server access data. Their privacy policy is at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Essential cookies (required for the site to function) are always active.

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for up to 2 years for business records. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with Google Analytics default settings.

- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Object to or restrict processing of your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Our website is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted securely.
